You know, I don't think I mentioned this before, but... (somewhat relevant story ensues)

Back in May, I was driving from one friend's graduation party in Lafayette, IN to another in Valparaiso, IN and decided since it was a nice day to just take the local state highway straight north. It was an easy drive and at 55mph I got really good gas mileage! When I got to Valpo, I doubled-back to the nearest Wal-Mart to get a card for my friend. As I sat at the longest light in the world to turn into the Wal-Mart parking lot, my eyes wandered around the intersection. Thinking nothing of it at the time, I noticed a purple Saturn with a nice gash in the fender. A minute later the Saturn turned in front of me and it was my x-girlfriend from college. Of all the places - in the middle of nowhere Indiana! I didn't know what to do. I had the feeling that I should floor it and crash into here; bull bar vs purple saturn - I know who'd come out on the winning side there. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> I let her get away and went on with my life as usual, but was quite weirded-out for the next couple of days.

Anyways, she was/is a witch quite literally... as in not figuratively... although she was in the figurative sense too! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> She would be the kind of person to put a curse on me 4yrs later... if you believe in that sort of thing... which I may start to now. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/pfft.gif" alt="" /> I dind't start having major Raider problems until after I crossed paths with that black cat! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/evil.gif" alt="" />

Yes...the only sure way to remove a curse involving your monty is you have to sacrifice a Toyota.

I fail to see how anyone of us, or even yourself could expect to get anywhere with a company when you start off addressing the person on the phone as you have, or would expect/ask us to. I see and understand your disapointment, but see no reason for the attitude "IF" you are exspecting any support or help from them.
Do you think that if 20 people actually called and did as you have suggested, that you would actually gain anything.
I don't think so. That could be considered Phone harassment/verbal abuse/threating/intimidation (federal crime?) and they could bring suit against you, or just make your life h&ll.
It's kinda like yelling at the wait staff at a resturaunt, if you don't think that they will spit in your food, think again.
The fact that you printed it here on the wire doesn't sit well with me either, as it could cause damage (temporary/permanent) to what we all enjoy here.

It is not illegal unless it goes to the point of being threatening. Years ago I used to work for a customer service center and the only time someone broke the law was if they threatened to blow us up or kill us. If we decided to prosecute every person who called us nasty names we would have had no customers. I agree with the others that Doug is just venting, and rightly so. But Doug I would advise against posting threats like the one higher up on this thread. (murder) Geez I sound like one of the mods. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/nana.gif" alt="" />
