I had to turn one of those large 16mm bolts on my trailing arm using my heaviest wrench, a large length of chain, and a Ford Excursion in reverse.

One of those uh-oh/lucky stories: good thing I forgot to remove the parking brake cables because they were the only things keeping the rear axle in place and the rest of the truck from falling on my person during the proceedure. It only takes one instance to learn you or bury you!
