I was helping my Dad remove the interior of his Roadster the other day, and there were some REALLY difficult screws to remove...they were BIG phillips head screws...I left for a minute to go get some PB Blaster, and when I returned, I saw my Dad had found a much "quicker" method...he had his brick hammer, and a block chisel...lmao...he was just poppin' the tops of them to get the pieces of trim off...I said "How you think you're gonna reattach that trim if you snap all screws off man?" He just said "Hell with it, I'm just gonna stick the new carpet in and forget about it". Can you guys sort of see why I'm soooo mechanically challenged?
