call any dealer and give them the vin number , this will then show if it needs ot be done , and if it had already been completed.

Getting the Wheeling Fever
So I got the T that I was looking at. I'm amazed at this providence. I had wanted one of these for a long time and had basically given up on finding one. Then I stumbled on this at just the right time. And now its mine!

I've included some pictures for your viewing pleasure. I didn't take any of the inside but its in better shape than the exterior.
