Per request, flat surface and camera less tilted to better show the back to front rake with Rodeo springs compared to stock Amigo and springs. ![[Linked Image]](http://users4.ev1.net/%7Esanaghan/main/Vehicle/Docs/Amigo-Stock-Blue.jpg)

Bringing back an old post rather than starting a new one and getting the "Search" reply.
I'm very interesting in this seeing as its very cheap. Now I dont even know if Nato is still active around here or not, or if he still even has the Migo. But I will adventure further.
Do I need to move the mounts for the leafs in order to do this? Also will a t-bar crank surfice to lift the front up to meet this new found height. I assume a BJ flip will be needed. Anything else? Besides brake line extentions, and emergency brake cable?
As soon as school gets out I plan on starting my lift, and am still looking around at different options for doing so, and this popped up on a search.
Thanks

edit: Also are there still real pictures somewhere? The ones here are just the drawings.
Thanks

Sorry about the pictures being removed from the server I was using. Will post them on a new server when I get a chance. Look at the difference in the gaps from the top of the tire to the body front and back. Now double the distance in the back and that is what a set of Rodeo springs in good condition should give you.

Ok I submitted a parts inquiry, and one of the people who responded said he has springs from a 95 for $145 with no shipping costs.
Will 95 springs work? and is this a good deal?
Thanks
Nick

Been searching for a set of 97 rodeo springs on the internet, it appears they come in a 3 or 4 leaf for the 97 rodeo. Is it because it may be a 2wd or 4wd? How many leafs are yours, did they come from a 2wd or 4wd rodeo?
Thanks

Mine has four leafs, if you count the bottom leaf which is about twice as thick as the other three leafs at the mounting point under the axle.
If you get a set of Rodeo springs and keep your Amigo springs, you should be able to assemble a spring pack using leafs from both sets to get a higher lift. The only leafs that appear to be near the same length in both my packs are the ones that attach to the shackles and body. The top two Rodeo leafs roll over the attaching bolts for the shackles and body mount points. The Amigo springs only have the top spring curling around the mounting bolts. Also the leafs on the Amigo line up with the center of the mounting eye, while the Rodeo springs come in at the bottom of the mounting eyes, automatic 1/2" to 1" lift.
I picked mine up from a local salvage yard for $75 for the pair. They are heavy so shipping from where ever would be high. They have several more sets, they acted like they were not a high demand item so you should be able to find a set at a wrecking yard near you.
