Refill with whatever type of oil you are running, factory oil specs are listed on my page. First, check your breather, make sure its open. If not, pressure ca build inside the axle and force gear oil out past the seal.

You can try tightening the nut down, untake it, torque down to 90 ft.lbs. or so (much higher and you risk affecting the crush sleeve) then re-stake it and see if it helps. Otherwise, the pinion seal is likely worn out and needs replacing.
