Need a Spot
i've been searching around the net, but can't find if anyone makes new differential gears for my truck. i have a 1995 toyota t100, 4wd, with the 3.4l. i have a four inch suspension lift on it with 33 inch bfg at. i noticed a bit of power lost after i put on the 33's. and now i want to put on a body lift and some 36's. so i was wanting to regear the truck. but couldn't find anything on it. does the t100 have a different axle than all the other toyotas? because i can seem to find gears for everything else but the t100. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the board<img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />
Our T100's have a 8 1/4" gear set. Same as the tundra, sequoia and the non-trd tacoma.
Good luck <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/patriot.gif" alt="" />

Call Randy's, they'll get ya all hooked up. I run 4.88s & 36s and find the gearing close to stock. Much bigger and 5.29s might be in order.

Did I hear somewhere that there's going to be a Dana 5.29?

The rear gears in a T100 are the same as a Tundra. The front gears are the same as '86-95 Toyota trucks/4runners.

I get about 15 mpg with that combo. I can cruise at 80 but usually keep it below that. The truck will accelerate in 5th again, too.
