dang, I've done it about 10-15 times <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
I tried to save some money and make a new cable and rewind the spool, didn't last too long.
Go for the factory new unit. If you were closer I'd get it done in 10min.

By the way its not hard, you just have to swap the motor from the old regulator to the new one and your good to go.
