Getting the Wheeling Fever
|
The more I look at this little rig, the more I like it (better than my wife's '01 Legacy anyways!) She can't drive a stick anymore due to injury (she gets sciatic nerve and knee joint pains after 5 miles and they lasted for a month so far!) Probably too late anyways, since I am putting a new flywheel and clutch as well as starter in this one. (and a GM 1 wire alternator) I found a 2wd Mitsu pickup with auto I can probaly convert (but that would depend what the input is on the '87 Montero Tcase?) Did Mitsubishi ever use an Aisan Warner automatic with the 4 cyl?
Build your truck the head men say, but it must be built in such a way...
