You're welcome.

Even though the connectors may not LOOK corroded to the naked eye they can still develop significant contact resistance which will screw things up. The plating used on the connectors is not of the highest quality. Trust me, if you clean them up and/or get rid of them completely it will solve your high idle problem.

hey axe wondering if you can help me figer out a problem well any one can help and i need it i think..where should idle be on the guage ???not 5-6 rpms or what ever what line?cause i might be stupiud and reading it wrong.It seems like the lines go in 1/4's and if thats the case im running at 5,000rpms.you have the bottom them 2 lines up and that where the guage sits. with that im getting vibrations back ..They go away with more gas,Sound like a confirmed problem and what should i do.There is 44,000 and its a 2002

Starting from the "0" point on the tach. The first mark above the zero point is 500 RPM, the second point is 750 RPM, then 1000 RPM. The engine should idle at 750 RPM (the second point on the tach) under these conditions:

At operating temperature
A/C off.
In "D" if you have an automatic. (It may idle slightly higher in "P")
