Hats Off To Axeman! Even though I can't find any corrosion on connectors (of course, I maynot be looking at the same connectors), but this is a great forum for kia owners who like to do it yourself. Even though the connectors may not LOOK corroded to the naked eye they can still develop significant contact resistance which will screw things up. The plating used on the connectors is not of the highest quality. Trust me, if you clean them up and/or get rid of them completely it will solve your high idle problem.
