From what I can gather, your clutch is not engaged to the flywheel. Somehow its frozen away from the flywheel. COuld there be corrosion in there? Who knows, maybe some furry animal or some big bug got up there an did some damage. Does the clutch pedal feel "normal"? If not, then theres definitely something binding somwhere.

Dan

That is what I am saying the clutch is not engageing at all. I don't that it has anything wierd like an animal or a bug. I pop the boot off the slave cyclender and it was sealed up tight. The pedal feels fine that's what has me all

Have you tried just pumping the clutch?? Is there NO pedal at all?

Mine did that exact same thing when I first got it back after having the new clutch and tranny put in. I FREAKED when I let the clutch out and the damn thing stayed running and it was in gear.

Id try pumping the clutch a few times then trying. Or do what the other guys said hehe

Virginia

Yeap been there tried that no luck.lol The pedal feels fine. I guess I will have to pull the tranny to figure this one out.
I was going to just clean it up and get her ready to make the Uwharrie trip this oct. but it doesn't look so good right now
