I swung by the Jeep dealership and, surprise surprise, I can only buy the entire assembly for a steal of nearly $80! That information being known, I think I'm going to try a little JB weld and see how that goes. If that fails, it's off the the junk yards!

Oh, and I think they're breaking from a strap occaisionally getting caught on the release button and me pulling on the bag without realizing it's caught although, I would like to believe it's my herculean strength).
