Why? If for nothing else, it looks better. I always thought the stock 2WD tires made the whole truck look small and, frankly, a little dorky <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/ignore.gif" alt="" /> (in lieu of a harsher word).



I agree that the stock 2WD look was low and lame in front. I found that larger torsion bars and wheels with a bit less backspacing helped considerably, also adding a bit of travel with Fabtech upper A-arms. I stayed with the same wheel diameter because of speedo error since it is a road truck.
