As for the Warn Hubs being water tight don't believe that for a second. I have the premium warn hubs and was having issues with turning them. It was so bad that I had to use a large pair of channel locks. I never took the hub off because I believed what you did. About a month ago I got fed up and orderd a new set of the same hubs. When I took the old ones off they were extremely corroded inside. the hubs were less than two years old. If you play in the water and mud like I do I would take them off and clean them out every time. Just a thought
