You have skill, or gonna pay someone to build it for you ? Buying talent means you'll need to bring more money.

If you want speed, then you may want to rethink the Zu 4 cyl. Not enough after market hot rod parts for the 4 cyls. But, if you've got deep enough pockets I guess custom hardend rods and forged pistons are nothing for a stepper.
