Stock steering angle on the Toyota solid axle is 30 degrees.. I think most folks turn that down a bit to preserve their birfields.

On my front axle, with stock width and 33x9.50 tires, I had to run a 1/4" spacer to keep the tires off the springs at full lock. Now with the D60 outers, and the axle 3" wider, I still need to run 1/4" spacers to keep the tires off the springs. So that means I can cut the wheels in 1.5" farther than before. In fact I wish I would have shortened up the steering arms just a little more, as there is a bit of steering travel I can't quite use. I can usually turn at least as sharp as a shorter wheelbase Jeep on the trail.
