Just a thank you to all the members for sharing their knowledge and I'm thankful once again I found this place!

Yesterday I went to pick my grandson up for his afternoon kindergarten. After I got him strapped in, the Trooper wouldn't start. No prior symptoms of any problems. Cranked like crazy, but wouldn't even attempt to start.

As I'm thinking of him being late, how I'm going to get back to work, I'm also running through 4x4 Wire posts in my head. I remember the posts about fuel pump relay problems.

Pop open the hood, swap the fuel pump relay with its backup and WE HAVE IGNITION!

Without this place, I'd have been looking at a tow and probably a couple days without a vehicle, not to mention the $$$. Instead, I was back on the road in less than 5 minutes...

So, thanks again!

Good one. I am also glad I found this place. I did like days searching for an Isuzu forum. I knew there was one out there, and I came across this one. I am sure this place will help me of a few jams soon enough. Now all this reading is burning my eyes.

So what you're saying is that this forum saved you money?

I know in my case, it has only served to help me spend it.

OK, I guess overall a strict cost/benefit analysis would probably skew more towards 'spent' rather than 'saved' (although I saved some $$$ thanks to this group when I needed to replace my transmission as well).

But I'm still happy to avoid any expenses I can!

Now all this reading is burning my eyes.

I know what you mean. I've spent many nights scouring the Wire 'til the wee hours.
