Just to get you in the ballpark......... My 4-cyl Amigo with a Toy front axle tipped 3500 lbs

Now I am confused. To clarify I used a digital scale, which I know to be fairly accurate, which I hung from a engine hoist, and lifted the front end up. I DO NOT have any suspension components or front axle/cv-joints. To be honest 3500 seems high, doesn't it? One descrepancy might be because I lifted off the bumber mounts, which would act as a longer lever compaired to where the wheels are located. I sumed the moments and came out like this: If the CG is 6ft infront of the rear tires, and the front tires sit 8.5ft infront of the rear tires, then measuring the weight at the front bumper mount will be only 77% of what the front tires will see (these numbers were imagined while sitting at my desk). I think I better take the scale and measure it agian...
