Stout makes it sound reaaaaally heavy, which it isn't. The sides are 12ga, and the winch box is 3/16" & 1/4". I would guess about 75-85# for the steel, and 80# more for the winch. I was able to pick it up myself and mount it. It slides into 2 reciever size tubes mounted under the frame. Incorporated some gussets/bracing to strengthen the frame where it attaches. I can remove it by pulling 2 3/4" bolts and the wiring. I was going for the "look" of the ARB and TJM bumpers when I modeled it, but I had to weld all of the seams, because forming would have doubled the cost.
