With my winch and lights, I noticed some slight cooling issues. Mostly the fan would come on more than needed, including on the highway. So, what I did was remove the center grill, cut out all the slats and install a wire mesh in it's place. It's not as noticable, since the winch and bumper covers most of it up, but it increased airflow enough to solve the problem.
