EDIT: I forgot to add... this is from the constitution, it is my source... The Second Amendment contains two clauses, the Militia Clause (A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State) and the Right to Arms Clause (the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed). It's customary in Constitutional Law to point out that the second clause is controlled by the first clause. Interpretation? I am guessing they were taken from a huge variety of places, but I wonder if some of them came from a debate.

I am finally old enough to drink, if it matters. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> Well, I think in most states, he's 21, unless he's in Hawaii, Wisconsin (Milwaukee), etc. But from prior discussion, I believe he's currently in CT. I don't think they have a reduced drinking age.
