That connector which goes to nowhere is for the A/C if you had it.

I do have AC. It blows cold driving around town, but seems to shut down after a bunch of miles on the highway. It may be overcharged. Maybe this connector is for a different setup...or is why the AC shuts down?

I would check out the maintenance history on that truck as well, may be a little sketchy since you bought it off ebay, but i could be wrong.

You are correct. I have no info on the vehicle. Can dealers access the history of dealer-done work?

Try changing to 10/30 to eliminate the rattling.

This will be my next action. If that doesn't work, I am thinking I need to drop the oil pan to inspect the pickup screen. That's the only way to check the screen?

You realy don't need that much lift, you can easily get 3.5 - 4 inches of lift for around 300 bucks. 2 inch body lift, 1.5 inch ball joint spacers for up front, and 2 inch shackles for the rear.
Nice looking truck by the way...

The truck came with the lift it has. What do you mean too much lift? Is the truck lifted more than 4". The 'Clean' photo is with an absolutely full bed and trailer. So, there is likely another inch to be seen in the rear when she's empty. THANKS. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />
