if it is over full from having water mixed in with it, it will casue it to leak. since it has water in it i would drain and refill it to the propor level and see if that does anything.

that battery shure does look like a battery. you need to check it with a voltmeter. if it continiuosly cranks the battery is probably fine, it should alst 5 years.

Well its started again. Or rather it failed to start. When i turn the Keys it goes CLICK...its not the battery it checked out good. Its not the alternator it checked out good. Its not the sloiniod it checked out good. Could it be the wires running from it to the disrtibuter coil have gone bad? or is it the starter? i took the plastic piece off the coil to see if that made it not click and it still clicked like it had been. So im leaning towards bad coil wires. Aghh got class need help to get to class... <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" />

if it goes click and fails to turn over, its gotta be the starter if you verified the batery is good. the coil would only cuase it to not fire when cranking.

What happens when you try jumping it from another vehicle? How did you verify it's not the battery?

Did you remove and clean all the power wires and grounds... mine was at the starter it was all rusty, did you try booster cables directly to the starter?
