You'll need to study the wiring diagram on my page. You'll see that the swiches all work off of ground, that is they ground various connections to the relay module. You'll see the voltage go to 0 when the switch closes. What you can do is compare what the switches that work do to what the ones that don't and use that to help diagnose the problem. Or use an ohm (resistance) meter or test light and check out the continuity between the switch and the relay.
