Go with the 265-75s in a heavy load range (D,E) and get adjustable shocks if you want a smoother ride. Just my opinion.

I would love adjustable shocks but those aren't in my budget right now.
Actually, the Dueler A/T Revo was very high up on my list also. Can't really argue too much about that tire other than its price. The difference adds up when you need to buy a set of four. I also like to be different and I definitely see more Revos on the road than the other guys.

Also, I like the side tread on the RVxt, but the Cooper has a scallopped side tread which IMO would offer up some more bite. The sidewall of the RVxt is indeed more pleasing to my eye, though. Tread depths between the two only differed by a 1/32 or so.

Anybody think the RVxt in an E load range would be too harsh? Perhaps too heavy of a tire for the 3.2 DOHC; noticeable difference in power??? Would the stiffer, heavier tire require stiffer shocks to keep them in check, perhaps the Procomp ES9000 rather than the 3000? Keep in mind that I'm not trying to make my vehicle into a 3/4 ton work truck. Is it safe to assume the taller sidewall of the 75 series would offer compliance characteristics similar to a 265/70/16 in a lower loadrange (C, D), making the E load of the 75 a little less drastic? Or is this not a smart comparison?
