Dan and Oleg, both of you are right. I realize that the RVxt is fairly unpretentious when it comes to aggressiveness; I hate to say it, but I once saw these tires on a minivan! It was certainly not in a truck size, however. Irregardless, there is no arguing the proven ability of the Dunlops in a huge range of situations.

I do recall reading of a couple people having bad experiences with the RVxt from the tire dealer. It wasn't related to treadware, but some flatspotting on the tread from the factory, I believe. These appeared to be isolated incidents where angry consumers just wanted to let off some steam. I would be cautious of this, too, thanks to those people. Obviously their misfortune did not persuade me otherwise.

Anyway, I appreciate hearing the opinions, and they are just that. I did not find anyone's comments to be insulting or demeaning of anothers. Thanks for keeping it on topic! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />
