I think I found all the necessary information on the Tire Rack website. It appears that the Coopers have an 87 mph safety window.... equivalent to a spare tire's minimum requirements! Oleg, thanks for pointing this out. It does make me a little wary. I think the Coopers are going to need some reconsidering.
