My 91 4Runner brakes fine, but would just replacing the pads make a noticable difference? I would like to improve the braking, without going broke. 91 4Runner V6 Auto 4x4 Performance Products progressive rear springs, Doetsch Tech MV 12 shocks, Rancho 9000 front shocks.
