OK, well, sounds like that one's definitely on the list now...the 'good' news is that (omitting irrelevant detail) we will wind up with a spare vehicle soon, so I can not worry about only checking things that I can have back together for the following day.

That's a BTDT on my truck...right after I got it, it would start running extremely rough then die only to restart after 1/2 hour or so, That one wound up being the main computer, although the ICM was replaced in the process of tracking it to the ECM...

I also found the original chip that I swapped for the 'Stage I' EPROM in my toolbox, I think I'll swap back to the original to rule that out as well.

When our kids were young, my wife had a sticker on the fridge that said "Don't try my patience, it's lousy".
