It's your fuel pressure regulator. Took me a little while to find mine to be leaking. Pull the vacuum hose off the regulator and have a friend turn the key on with the engine off (KOEO). You may observe fuel coming out of the vacuum port of the regulator. Mine shot out pretty far. You may have to do this a couple of times to see it happen.
