Besides the very front, it looks just like a Trooper to me. Heck yeah I'd drive it Any cool specs for us like factory lockers?

I think it looks more like the last version of the Landcruiser.

No much info I have. I know they use a new version of their 3.0 diesel as a primary engine for the rig.

Looks like IFS...thought the patrol had solid axles front and rear...maybe I'm seeing things though.

Looks like a live axle up front to me. IFS won't have the diff that low.

Roll Me Over
Let's be hopeful when diesel laws changein the USA that the choices improve.

After all, we only have about 50 SUV models to pick from now.

Hopefully the line between car-type and off-road type will grow more distinct.

And Isuzu shall lead the pack.

[color:"white"]? 04 Rodeo DI ?[/color] 75k mi, body damage on the 1st weekend I got it.

The Patrol has solid front and rear axles, a rear locker, part-time 4x4 system, and comes standard with a 3.0L Diesel mated to a 5-Speed Manual tranny (158 HP, 280 ft-lbs @ 2000rpm). Optional for the 3.0L diesel is an automatic, and the optional engine is the 4.2L diesel (154 HP, 260 ft-lbs), its mated to a 5-Speed, I dont know why they offer this engine as it has less power... although it has a 300 kg higher tow rating for some reason.

Anyways, its too bad they dont offer it in north america, its the same vehicle that the UN uses qutie a lot, along with Landcruisers
