Oh, and on the MAF...the stck unit does not look restrictive at all, especially for a relatively low HP, SOHC V6. If it were a 4.0L DOHC motor with some more potential in the hardware, I might think about a different MAF. I doubt there's much (if any) power to be gained here.

Eventually I hope to coax more power out of my 3.0L, but money won't let me at the moment. Most of the work is going to be in tuning and custom/machine work. There aren't many bolt on modifications.

If the DOHC heads do indeed swap right on (no custom machining required, just some DOHC parts), that is certainly something to think about. If this route is possible, I will do it, and post before/after dynos. Still don't know if it can be done though.

The S/C idea could be done for $1k, and I think the price/dollar return would make it worth while. I would opt for an M90 though, as the M62 was designed for 4 cylinder applications, and moves less CFM per PSI when compared to the M90. Ideally, I'd get an AutoRotor (lysholm) blower, but this would cost more.

Good luck...mail me if you want, I'm always looking for more 3.0L power.
