Heyas all!
When I am stopped and in gear my Monty sounds like it's going to fall apart.
If I put it in park or neutral it stops, but back in gear... rattle!!!
It sounds like someone has a tin of nuts & bolts under my truck and is shaking it like crazy. Everything seems tight. (I've checked) I haven't had a chance to go to my mechanic yet, so I am trying to figure out what it is myself. It seems like it's from the lower front of the vehicle.
I have heard that the balancer chain/system on these 2.6's let you know when they are getting tired, but I would think that it would be the same weather in park or in gear... any advice or personal accounts are appreciated!
