Ok, I got my Isuzu (purist that I am <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/shiner.gif" alt="" />) bellhousing on the tranny with the motor bolted to it and I'm working on motor mounts now. The bell is a thing of beauty. It's a very well made casting with some kind of anti-corrosion coating (almost looks like galvanizing?) that polishes up like chrome if one really wanted to.

The firewall won't be a problem so I don't have to move my tranny forward. My "RWD" conversion looks good.

There's 1 bolt hole in common between the M112 and the M90, so that's what it's bolted on with right now. It will sit a couple inches higher than that when I'm done though.

I've spent a couple weeks drawing my adapter/intercooler up. I'm trying to get a price on machining for it. It's a clamshell type IC. The core is a B&M stacked plate core. The bottom of the IC has the M90 pattern bolt pattern, the top half has the M112 pattern. The half-circle cut-outs on the side are for the water hoses to the core. They're a little under-sized for the hose so they'll work as hose clamps as well when the halves are bolted together. The whole thing is 2 1/8" thick, so the SC in the above pics will be sitting that much higher installed.

Anybody know a machinist that works cheap??? smile
