Out of curiosity, how big is your garage (1-2-3 car), do you ever fit any vehicles in it or is it a full-time shop now? (Not that it's a bad thing!)

And how did you find such an understanding wife?

It's a trade-off. She gets the Volvo and I get her POS Storm to drive. She's actually pretty cool about it. It's a 3 car garage and I compress stuff in the summer so we can both park inside. In the winter months though, the truck takes up the whole thing.

Your exhaust looks great, beautiful welds...what kind of welder are you using?

Did you do any calculations on this, or did you aim to get the primaries pretty close to equal length and go from there?

It's a Miller 175. Smallest/cheapest 220v MIG they make, but a huge improvement over my old 110v unit. The welds are so-so. Some look decent, others look like pig snot. On thin tubing like this though, the 110 works fine too.

I did no design in the headers other than to make them fit. I thought about the "proper" primaries length, equal length, etc, but it'd be a mess to make it work. Things are tight, so I was only concerned with getting an exhaust system that would fit around all the other pieces rather than one for peak performance.

just wondering if you still need a source for your adapter plt. I work in a machine shop (cnc).

Mike, you have a PM

BTW, what transmission do you intend to fit to the bottom-facing bellhousing?

Smarta That's actually Jerry's loaner 2.6 bell that just came off the tranny sitting on it.
