The fuel rails have been done for a week or so. Cost was about $50, which beats the $350+ that replacement rails for these things go for. I used my mini-lathe to bore out the pipe fittings for the injector cups, and to make a new housing for the fuel pressure regulator:

I've also got the alternator re-mounted with a new tensioner and the belts. I'm still waiting for a tensioner from a JY for some pics. I did forego the 2nd A/C compressor for now. I only really use my OBA for the ARB's any more and I'm thinking about getting a CO2 tank. I might have other plans for that spot on the motor too...


I have been wasting time on new shifters for the D300 as well. I'm using an AA Atlas cable shifter setup and adapted it to the D300.
