After installing my Tera's, they wined a good bit. Really loud the first couple of days. But over the first week, they were not so bad. The reason for this if because the gears that were in there had worn together. And the Tera gear is a brand new cut gear. Over time they will wear together. Suggestion, don't use a senthetic motor oil in the transfer case until it does get quiet enough to suit you. I am only guessing that this is what you are hearing, but it sounds like the problem.
