luckily for me, i live no more than 2 miles from the tera company. Mepco, their sister company is in the same building, so when i get mine, ill just have mepco do it and if any problems arise, im sure they will be able to deal with it theirselfs. not to be rude, just feelin lucky <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/nana.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />

My guess is that after Tera receives the old parts they will be glad to compensate you somehow, I'd maybe even mention product? maybe some new 5.38's? I'm sure a product trade would be much easier than getting money, but either way, if that part proves to be faulty, then you should be compensated, if the part isn't faulty and the shop messed up, then you should go after them, but at the very least, definitely follow up!
