okay, on my vehicross this evening I had an interesting issue. It would turn over and startup, but it would then immediately die, would not idle at all. I could rev it and keep the engine alive if I held the gas down, but as soon as I let off the gas, it died again. Then all of a sudden it just started working like normal. This is the first time this has happened to me. I know that maybe once a month the idle bounces around at startup and requires a quick rev to settle it. Anyone got any clues?

Your about the 15th person this week with this problem.... your not all buying gas at the same place are you?

I used to have those problems a few years ago... I just stopped buying/going to the cheap gas stations, I've run solid since.

that or do a search for the past two weeks and you'll find lots of different reasons.

I think I've read about this with VXs...I seem to recall something about the fuel pressure regulator. Don't quote me on that though, I only skim through things that don't directly pertain to my rigs. You might have better luck checking out vehicross.info on that one.
