I just did this fix on my 2000 rodeo over the weekend. I wasn't sure which relay was bad so I replaced all three. The rear wipers work now for sure, but I also replaced the relay for the front wiper delay circuit. These NEC relays are LOUD. It's really annoying. I'm either going to open it back up and try to replace the front wiper relay with one of the old ones or figure out how to insulate the box so I can't hear it... I don't know how the Fujitsu relay worked out, but these NEC ones are definitely much louder when they switch.
