I'm looking at these datasheets for the relays and I don't think the part suggested in this thread is the right part. The EQ1-22111S is supposedly for lamps and LCR control, and is a "form A" relay. The EQ1-31000S is for motor control, and is a "form C" relay, which is the same form as the Fujitsu relay we are trying to replace. Additionally, the EQ1-22111S part has a 180 ohm coil resistance, where the Fujitsu is rated at 240 ohm. Ideally a replacement would be as close as possible to 240, which also gives the EQ1-31000S an advantage as it's rated at 225 ohm.

Take that into consideration when looking into this relay job, as well as the additional noise from the NEC relays. I installed the 22111S, as did some others and it seems to work alright so perhaps there isn't anything to worry about, but if I had done the research before hand I would have ordered the 31000S parts. I'm looking for a source for the 'quiet' fujitsu relays, or any other quiet relays and will post here where to buy them if I find any.
