i think it depends on what exactly you have, the newer 4runners have ALOT of body roll (very top heavy) with the sway disconnected.. well.. i take that back. It will have alot of sway if you have any kind of lift or bigger tires but other then that.. if its a pickup.. fairly stock then it should be fine.
