It would suck to wreck your truck due to no swaybar, it would suck a lot worse if someone got hurt. Swaybars are there for a reason and should stay connected on the pavement if possible.

Well, I'll join in.... I took my swaybar off of my '89 4runner sitting on 31x10.5's, and a friend warned me about how unstable my truck would be in a sudden swerve, lane change, etc. I worried a little about it for a while.... Until I got rear ended by a GMC3500. The impact on my right rear spun my truck around 180 degrees, I crossed oncoming traffic backwards and went down into a ditch and slid along a chain link fence for about 50 ft... I figure if the truck didn't turn over through all of that, it probably isn't going to turn over through any kind of driving that I'll put it through.

In my opinion, the front stabilizer bar is just extra weight on these trucks, and my truck has enough of that already.
