oh, damn...i got carried away and forgot an important point.

What has worked well in the past is the ORGANIZED BUY. organize ouselves, pool the money in a "pre-order" like the ARB's or Tera gears, or whatever and then take it to the manufacturer.

if I went toPacesetter header with an order of 50 or 75. this would be much, much closer to a reality. they would see a vendor in the market willing to put up $$$ because they believe it will sell.....or better yet, is already sold.



i could do this with Lockright............if there is a demand for the 10 bolt locker ( i have the ear of someone there, and have been told on qty. it can happen <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> )

i could do it to get the Thorley headers for the 2.3L 4 cyl. (have the ear of someone and have been told they will "bring it back" )
