the 86 and newer ifs runners are good on and off road. the 84 -85 are better off road. if you dont do exterme wheeling it will prove easier to fing a good shape ifs runner as they were made for more years. b.j. spacers,add a leafs and a 2" body lift will fit most 33" tires unless you run super swampers or tires like that.(they run bigger than say bfg at's). the regular 3" body lift will work alone but tha b.j. spacers are going to give you more wheel travel up front. (thats the ifs weakness, not enough wheel travel) happy wheelin


87 4runner 33" bfg mt's no lift. dubbed the marine by my frinds. dead as of august 14 2005. 84 ex cab p/u 33"a/t, 3" suspension+3"bodylift, thorley header and 2.25xhaust, downey midrange cam+rocker set, very milled head! NO RUST!
