If you are going with 235/75R15 tires, you probably don't need a lift.

For a small lift, you could go with stock springs and Dennis's spacers in the front and Air lift Air Springs for a Nissan Pathfinder (#60742) in the rear coils. That would give you about 1.5" in the front and 1" in the rear with less sagging with load.

Don't use the blocks that go between the coils. They reduce articulation and wear out the springs.
