I went with all Toyota OEM replacement parts. Had to replace the fly-wheel as well. Seems there was too many full thickness cracks in it to just re-surface it.

If you are planning on headers, then would be the time to do as the rear of the engine is open. Thus the cross-over pipe is easy access. Also, I'd recommend replacing the rear seal at the same time - $20 for the part - 5 minutes to replace with the tranny disconnected.
