Freeplay is a must because of heat, fluid expands as the engine heats up and can cause the problem you are having. It also sounds like the bleed off holes in either the MC or SC may be plugged, they are real small and get plugged real easy!!!! Had it happen on my MC and no I do not know where they are located on the MC or SC!!!! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> Oh and quit buy that "Lifetime Warranty" crap, unless you like changing them yearly, OEM all the way!!! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
