No, the holes did not line up. I drilled 2 holes (per side) in the rib that the original seats bolted to and 2 holes in the back. I had to put a 1/2 inch spacer in the back to level the seats out.

The rear holes lined up, but I couldn't use them because it would have caused the front inbound seat holes to be up on the floorboard hump. Moving the seat 1" outward fixed that, but required me to drill new holes.
